I am South African. My career in compensation was built inside the B-BBEE and Employment Equity frameworks — environments where fairness in pay is a legal mandate, not an aspiration, and where the employer's burden of proof is already high.
Twenty years of hands-on compensation work across financial services, mining, energy, and manufacturing gave me a clear view of what fair pay looks like in practice — and what it takes to build it properly.
I founded Paygrit to bring that experience to EU SMEs, and make pay transparency compliance something a growing company can genuinely achieve.
